We are so excited to announce that we will be partnering up @KylATHLETE (Kyla Crouse) to launch Life-N-Sport, an online group fitness community focused on HIIT training. Kyla has an adept background in human movement completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Queen's University and she just completed her Masters of Professonal Kinesiology at University of Toronto. Kyla is a former USport athlete playing Varsity Women's hockey at Queens University. She has transitioned her speed on the ice to running around the the streets of Toronto with the Blue Devils Athletic Club (A Premier track club in East Toronto). We can count on Kyla to bring her knowledge and high-energy to the Toronto Pace Project coaching squad.

Now what is Life-N-Sport?

Life-N-Sport is HIIT style training focused on the providing the athlete with full body cardio movements that come together with elements of core stability/strength while utilizing functional movement patterns. Some workouts will emphasize power and stability for a strong base of functional strength.
